The ”Paterson” collection includes works that explore concepts of cultural appropriation related to the sexual exploitation of underrepresented class and race. It’s an artistic summary from the artist's observations of growing up in Paterson, NJ, where affluent residents from surrounding towns frequented the city to take advantage of the sex and drugs it had to offer; exposing the part of our psyche we all like to pretend doesn’t exist: the shadow.
